How To Gain Back The Control Of Your Bladder

Psalms 103:1-3 tells us all diseases can be healed. This includes bladder problems.
A person needs to follow all the laws of health

They should do Kegel exercises.

Look up for them what herbs strengthen the bladder and have her drink that 3 times a day for 30 days then a new formula the next 30 days.

  • Eat plant foods high in minerals 
  • Eat one cooked leafy green vegetable every day + 1 other cooked colored vegetable
  • 3 fruits a day
  • Closed fist full of nuts or 2 Tablespoons seeds...not both in 1 meal. Do the other one next meal. 
  • Healthful grain/bread 

Bladder exercises – They give a balloon that you put between the legs while sitting down. Tense and relaxing the pelvic muscles to strengthen them.
