FOR PAIN:
When someone is experiencing pain, think of the 3 following things:
1. Lack of greens/magnesium in the diet
2. Lack of blood flow
3. Lack of water

- Increase foods that are high in magnesium
- Take cayenne water (1/2 to 1 tsp. in 1 eight oz cup water every 2 hours)
