Hot 3 minutes, very cold 1 minute. Do 4 sets of this 2 x day/morning and evening.
In the hot water, put about 1/4 cup of goldenseal root powder. When going from hot to cold, slap the area that is dead to bring circulation to that area.
After water treatment, rub good honey over the area and wrap with plastic Saran Wrap.
Have them keep this on until their next water treatment in the evening.

- Eat a diet high that's in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains; a moderate amount of nuts, and beans.
- Maintain a healthy body weight.
- Manage your stress levels.
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5 days a week.
- If your doctor prescribes medication for your blood sugar, take it as recommended.

But be sure they are not on any blood thinners, as grounded flax seed thins the blood.
