Nerve Pain












FIRST - Do water treatments on the area...3 minutes of hot and then 1 minute of cold....do that 5 times every morning and every evening.

How much water are they drinking during the day? How much are they outside? How much magnesium are they getting?

Be sure to eat 2 cooked green veggies every day. All coarse vegetables are to be cooked until tender. (Ed 204.3). Lettuce and spinach are okay to be eaten raw.


TAKE MAGNESIUM DRINK
HOW TO MAKE A MAGNESIUM DRINK:
Take a handful of each: Spinach, parsley, cilantro and put into a blender with a little bit of water. Blend on high for about a minute, strain and drink throughout the day.

All of these things have an impact on the nervous system.

The person needs to follow ALL 14 laws of heath and then they can be healed....God wants to help and heal us!  Also they need to take a BATH 3-4 times a week.

MAKE A PAIN SALVE:
#1 Natural Pain Salve:
4 oz. coconut oil (melt) or you can use Alba Botanica Un-Petroleum
2 T. cayenne pepper (90,000 heat units)
2 t. peppermint oil (essential oil)
2 t. camphor oil (essential oil)

May add wintergreen as well. Mix all together and rub on painful area.

#2 Natural Pain Salve:
8 oz. petroleum or unpetroleum (your choice)
7 T. cayenne pepper powder
2 T. ginger powder
1 T. wintergreen oil
1 t. peppermint oil
1 T. Turmeric Powder

Mix together well and rub onto painful areas.
