Post Partum Depression












1. They need to fill out the Detailed Assessment form.

2. They need to GET OFF of the foods that make the Estrogen go through the roof which are all dairy products, eggs, flesh food, fried food, etc.

3. Have them fast for a day or two, only drinking 1/2 c. pure grape juice ONLY when they feel weak within the fasting time.  If they are diabetic, don't have them do the juice. Only the dark black grapes.

4. Plenty of sunshine.

5. Fresh air and do deep breathing exercises 2 x day.

6. Plenty of water. (16 oz. in the morning and then 1/2 their weight in ounces throughout the day)

7. Have them write down 5 positive things they are thankful for every morning.

8. Playing beautiful hymnal music, scripture music without drums, etc.

9.  No TV.

10. In bed by 9pm.

11. St. John's Wort helps many with depression.

12.  Every time they think a negative thought, they need to surrender it to Jesus.

13. After they have fasted, they need to follow 'What to Eat for 2 or 3 Meals'.
