Kidney Infections













FOR KIDNEY INFECTIONS, YOU CAN DO THE FOLLOWING:
Cornsilk for kidney infection
 
Make Parsley tea by taking 1-quart (4 cups) water mixed with 2 bunches of parsley….Boil x 10 minutes.
 
Cover and steep x 20 minutes. Drink 8 oz. 3-4 x day. Do this every day and be sure to include this in your water intake total for the day.
 
Take D-Mannose with Cranactin 1 t. of the powder every 15 minutes until symptoms subsideIT WILL STOP THE INFECTION IN ITS TRACTS.

How To Make Herbal Tea












Make This Tea As Simple As Possible, It's Best To Make It All At Once And Drink 3 X A Day

1. In a non-aluminum pot, put 30 ounces of filtered water and put 2 Tbsp. of each hard herb (or the maximum amount of herb you are allowed to have for the day) in the pot and mix the herb/s into the water well.***

2. Turn the timer on for 40 minutes.

3. Turn the flame on high.

4.  When the water comes to a rapid boil, turn flame down to very low, put a lid on top and simmer till the timer goes off.

5. When the timer goes off, turn the flame off and remove the pot to a burner that is not hot.

6. Now add 2 Tbsp. of each soft herb and be sure to mix them in the water so they get wet.

7. Put the lid back on and set the timer for an additional 20 minutes (this is called steeping) (You WILL NOT BE TURNING THE FLAME BACK ON AT THIS TIME)

8. When the timer goes off, Strain the tea into a 32 oz. Mason Jar (should give you 24 oz.)

9. May add honey at this time while it's hot, but it's best to drink the tea plain.

10. Drink one 8 oz. cup/3 x day (30 min before breakfast; 3 min before 2nd meal; 3 hours before bed)

11.  Best to make this in the morning before starting your day, OR, if necessary, before bed the night before.

*** Some herb directions require less than a total of 2 Tbsp. each day. Only put the maximum allowed for that herb when following the above.  However, most herbs allow 2 TBSP. each day, which is 2 tsp., 3 x day.

Note:

HARD HERBS = roots, barks, stems

SOFT HERBS = flowers, petals, leaves

How To Gain Weight











  • Cleanse the Liver/Go on the 2-Month Program
  • Go to bed at the right time.
  • Don’t eat between meals.
 
The prophet tells us following all the laws of health, not just eating foods high in fat will cause you to gain the weight you need to...you have a gut problem and we need to get to the underlying issue. Many will still lose weight because their guts are not healthy and their livers are clogged.
 
The answer is not just eating fattening foods, avocado, coconut, and raw nuts...the answer is to address why they can't gain weight. It has to do with their GI tract, which means they may eat between meals, eat too fast, too many meals, etc.
 
A digestive assessment would be the first thing to do for them.

That said we have seen people gain weight by increasing their mastication and eating more bananas, baked potatoes, and nuts.

How To Gain Back The Control Of Your Bladder

Psalms 103:1-3 tells us all diseases can be healed. This includes bladder problems.
A person needs to follow all the laws of health

They should do Kegel exercises.

Look up for them what herbs strengthen the bladder and have her drink that 3 times a day for 30 days then a new formula the next 30 days.

  • Eat plant foods high in minerals 
  • Eat one cooked leafy green vegetable every day + 1 other cooked colored vegetable

  • Closed fist full of nuts or 2 Tablespoons seeds...not both in 1 meal. Do the other one next meal. 
  • Healthful grain/bread 

Bladder exercises – They give a balloon that you put between the legs while sitting down. Tense and relaxing the pelvic muscles to strengthen them.
