We are not to be taking supplements, however, if someone is very bad and needs to take some for a short period here is a good test.
To see if the Vitamin is Fat soluble place the vitamin in 8-10 oz. of hot water and see if it dissolves. If it does NOT dissolve in 20 minutes it is NOT Fat Soluble and therefore not a good Vitamin.
