Use a 1 to 3 ratio. 1 portion of the oregano oil and 3 equal portions of pure olive oil or coconut oil.
Your portion can range from 1 drop to 1 Tablespoon. But make sure if you do 1 drop, you do 3 drops of the Olive or Coconut Oil AND if you do 1 Tablespoon of the Oil of Oregano, you need to do 3 Tablespoons of the Olive or Coconut Oil.
FOR INTERNAL USE:
1-2 drops in 1 cup of water
They say you can increase this over time to 3 to 4 drops, but don't do more than that at a time.
Some people will do this 2 x day.
Now, when it comes to serious infections on the skin, I know people who put 1 to 2 drops directly on the infected area, so that's up to you if you want to do that.
Also, some people will use raw honey and mix 1 to 2 drops and rub it on the infected area as well.
This helps with bacterial infections and all types of health conditions.
If taking oil of oregano internally it is much easier to put the oil in an empty veggie capsule and swallow it. You don’t taste it and it doesn’t burn the mouth. Be sure to take it with food or a piece of bread as it is very strong.
As with any food, it is best to take by mouth as is and not in a capsule, unless you cannot bear it in the least.
NOW, if you can't tolerate it in the least bit, you could use the capsule, but that's not the primary recommendation.
But remember to always take in water, start with only 1 to 2 drops in about 32 oz. of water and work up to 3 to 4 drops and no more than that...they say you can do that 2 x a day.
