- 1 part turmeric powder
- 1 part ginger powder
- 5 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 whole lemon juiced
- 4 oz. honey
- 2 pints water
Place in glass jar and refrigerate. Use 2 to 3 Tablespoons 3 times daily.
Another person tried 4 oz. Turmeric and 3 oz. Ginger powder. She started out with 2 oz. of each herb then ended up using 4 oz. Turmeric and 2 oz. Ginger.
Mix it in the water first then add the lemon, honey and ginger then heat on the stove.
Also, you can use organic or non-GMO Ginger Juice and Garlic Juice and experience great results as well.
