1 cup of coconut oil (solid not liquid)
7 T. cayenne Pepper
2 T. ground ginger
1 T. wintergreen essential oil
Mix that and apply over the heel.
But before doing that, I would do 3 minutes in a hot basin, then 1 minute in cold, 3 minutes hot, 1 min cold, 3 minutes hot, ending with 30 seconds cold. Dry the area well, apply the salve, and then put thick socks on.
I would do this 2 x day, plus have remove dairy from the diet, change diet, get sunshine, drink plenty of water, etc.
