1. Drink plenty of fluids (water is the best)
2. Take a warm bath, rinse off in cool water
3. Rest. Get all the sleep you can
4. Do deep breathing exercises/5 reps/2 x day
5. Keep windows cracked for fresh air
6. Sit in sunshine at least 1 hour if possible
7. If able, walk 3 x day for 15-20 minutes

COLD/FLU REMEDY:
- 3 grapefruit (cut in 1/8ths...squeeze juice into stock pot and put peels in there as well)
- 2 onions (chopped in medium sized pieces)
- 2 lemons (cut in 1/4ths; squeeze juice into pot and put peels in the pot as well)
- 2 garlic bulbs (not the small cloves but the whole bulb) peeled and chopped fine
- 1 t. cayenne pepper (for those who can’t handle hot, do a pinch of the 40,000 heat units you purchase in the store)
- 1/2 t. Eucalyptus Oil (optional, but highly recommended. Can purchase at realoil.com (be sure to mention I sent you as I get points) (30 Drops = ½ tsp.)
- 1/2 t. Echinacea (optional)
- 8 c. water
1. Put all ingredients into a stock pot.
2. Bring to a boil, then turn flame down, cover, and simmer x 10 minutes.
3. Drink 1/2 cup every half hour.
