What To Do For Fibromyalgia

STEPS:

1. Fast x 2 days: Then fast 1 day every week without any food. Just water and herbal tea.

  • The 1st day without any food; only water and herbal tea, which you will learn more about below
  • If you feel weak drink 1/4 c. pure Welch's Grape Juice
  • The 2nd day of fruit only 2 x in the day

2. Be sure to eat 1-2 cooked Dark Green Vegetables every day

  • Do not count peas or green beans as your dark green vegetables
  • I am referring to Kale, Swiss Chard, Broccoli, Dandelion Greens, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens,
  • Spinach, etc.

3. Be sure to include a minimum of 3 fresh fruit into your diet every day.

4. Follow all the laws of health to a tee.

  • Phase 2 has all the Laws of Health in Detail

5. Get a Vitamin D test done (this test is called a 25 Hydroxy)

  • The levels should be between 70-100
  • Ask the doctor for the results in a number
  • Don't just take "you are within normal range" as your answer
  • What the doctors/clinic offices consider normal(as low as 30) the Vit D experts say is way too low
  • If the results are low, you are going to have pain in the body
  • I cannot recommend, but the experts recommend at least 7,000 IU's a day minimum to 10,000 IU's a day
  • Nature's Answer Vitamin D on Vitacost is considered the best with great results

6. Get an Exatest Done for Magnesium

  • This is the most accurate test for magnesium because blood tests are what's done in the hospitals/clinics, but
  • Only 1% of magnesium is found in the blood. 99% is found in tissue.
  • A tissue test must be done and this is by swabbing the mouth.
  • Many insurances pay for this.
  • You would call the lab co called intracellular labs and ask if your insurance covers it.
  • If it does, they will bill your insurance and send to your doctor's office.
  • You would have to set up an appointment with your doctor to see what day they can do this
  • Your doctor's office would then mail the test back to the lab.
  • If you don't have insurance or your insurance doesn't cover this, you will have to pay out of pocket.

7. Wild Lettuce for Pain Every 2-4 Hours as Needed

How To Make:

  • 2-4 T. into 4 cups of water
  • Simmer x 30 minutes
  • Strain
  • Drink 1 cup every 2-4 hours as needed for Pain
  • This stuff is wonderful for pain

8. Make the MAGNESIUM DRINK

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Into a blender, put a handful each of the following:
  • Handful of cilantro
  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of regular parsley
  • Add a little bit of water, about 1/4 to 1/3 cup, and blend on high till smooth. Strain and drink
  • Make this 2 x day/x 3 days straight. Can do this every week as needed.

9. Add fresh cilantro to the diet or Make Cilantro Tea x 1 week on, 1 week off x 60 days.

10. Rub Frankincense on the Bottom of the Feet

  • 1 Drop on the bottom of each foot

11. All Poisons Like ASPARTAME, MSG, WHITE SUGAR, CAFFEINE, GLUTEN MEATS, AND ALL CARBONATED DRINKS TO BE OUT OF THE DIET

12. NO FRYING ANYTHING

13. Take a Warm bath x 20 minutes/3 x week

14. Do DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES EVERY DAY

  • Read Air document, which has been attached.

15. HERBAL FORMULA FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS:

  • 1st 30 DAYS: Red Clover, Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Thyme
  • 2nd 30 DAYS: Alfalfa, Dandelion Root or Milk Thistle, Burdock Root, Thyme

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Fill a Stainless Steel or Glass pot with 40 oz of water
  • Put 2 Tablespoons of each herb in the pot
  • This would be a total of 1/2 c. of herbs each day
  • Turn timer on x 40 minutes
  • Turn flame on high and cover to bring to quick boil
  • as soon as it is rapidly boiling, put flame all the way low
  • cover and keep simmering till timer goes off
  • When cool, strain.
  • Drink 3 eight oz. cups each day
  • Take a one week break in between the 2 months.
  • Check to be sure all herbs can be taken 30 days straight.
  • I'm more than positive they can be, but be sure to double check.

16. ADD 2 t. of CERTIFIED ORGANIC TURMERIC to the herbal formula above after straining each day.

It has to be CERTIFIED ORGANIC, because the regular kind can contain contaminants like lead and other things.

17. FIND OUT WHICH FOODS EXACERBATE THE PROBLEM

  • Keep a journal, note everything eaten in the day and pay attention if any flare-ups
  • They say NIGHT SHADE FOODS can worsen the problem, but this is not the case for everyone
  • Nightshade Foods: Tomatoes, Potatoes, Eggplant, Bell Peppers

18. PROPER POSTURE IS VERY IMPORTANT IN BOTH SITTING & STANDING

  • No slouching
  • No High Heels
