What To Do For Sinus Infection

  • No Dairy products
  • No Refined products
  • No sugar
  • No white products like rice, flour, bread, etc.
  • No more than 1 starch per meal
  • Eat 3 fruit for breakfast
  • Eat at least 1 cooked green veggie for 2nd meal + raw salad
  • Eat a cooked grain for breakfast and a cooked grain for 2nd meal

Walk every day x 1 hr. if possible. Get 1 hour of sun before 12:00 pm

Do hot foot bath and whisk 1 cup mustard into water. Soak feet x 30 minutes. Keep cool rag around nape of neck and on forehead. Keep foot bath hot at all times. After 30 minutes, rinse feet with cold water and dry well.  Do this x 7 days if necessary.

Add crushed garlic cloves to 4 cups water and remove from the heat after coming to a boil. Cool and gradually drink. Do this x 7 days.

Make 1 batch of cough remedy and into this add Vitamin C (2-3 t. powder; 2 caps olive leaf extract, and 20 drops of grapefruit seed extract. Stir well and take 1 Tablespoon per day.

     • Use a Neti Pot. Put ½ tsp. salt into the pot and fill with distilled water. Cleanse one nostril and then repeat with salt and water and cleanse the other side.

     • Chop large onion, bulb of garlic, horseradish, put tsp of cayenne and couple 1 to 2 inches of ginger. Boil x 10   minutes and drink this broth.        

     • Get a wash cloth hot and put drops of eucalyptus and peppermint oil and apply over sinuses.

Note: Do all the above for several days until you see relief. You may need to fast for the first 2 days taking in only water, herbs, and that's it. Be sure to drink 16 oz. of water every morning upon arising, putting the juice of 1 lemon in that water.
